All standard shipping is done via DHL ground for domestic orders and USPS
for international orders and APO's. All orders
(except custom Thermoplex) ship within 24 hours, but most will ship the same
day if received early enough.
Weekend and Holiday orders are shipped on Monday or the first business day
after the Holiday. Orders containing custom Thermoplex shakes will be
shipped with two business day of receipt of order. We ship DHL only which will not deliver to a PO
Box, so you will need a street address for shipping.
Pay Actual Shipping Rates:
Shipping for your order we be
calculated based on the weight of the order and your zip code. We charge
actual DHL rates based on our daily pickup discount.

Outside the U.S.
All shipping to destinations
outside of the U.S. will be shipped via USPS. Each country has different
regulations regarding the import of specific nutritional supplements. Not
all supplements are allowed in every country. Although we do our best to
keep up with these regulations, it is impossible for us to know all of the
specifics for each country. It is therefore the responsibility of the
customer to know whether the products being ordered are allowed in their
country and any specific taxes or duties that their country might charge.
The customer is responsible for all customs, taxes and duty that might be
imposed by their country. We quote the actual shipping time it takes the
package to get from the US to you. Please allow extra time for countries
whose customs department inspects packages as this can slow your order.

Shipping and handling are non-refundable, and we cannot reimburse postage for
returning products. We recommend sending packages UPS or insured Parcel post to
insure proper delivery.
